To learn more about CaPS, please refer to www.caps.fi.We are now looking for a Head of Sweden to lead our Swedish business and be a key driver of our growth journey.Your RoleThis is a high-impact leadership position in a fast-growing international organization serving private equity firms and their portfolio companies. As Head of Sweden, you will take full responsibility for CaPS’ business in Sweden, ensuring that we grow our presence, build strong client and partner relationships, and position CaPS as the go-to procurement partner in the Swedish private equity ecosystem.You will lead a growing team of 5+ professionals in the Swedish business, with ambitious growth targets. Your role blends business building, stakeholder management, and leadership—with a clear focus on long-term growth and value creation.Key responsibilities include:Leading and expanding CaPS’ operations and presence in SwedenDeveloping and managing relationships with private equity investors and their portfolio companiesBuilding and maintaining trusted partnerships with suppliers and strategic stakeholdersDriving business growth through new client engagements and deeper collaboration with existing membersRepresenting CaPS in the Swedish market and contributing to our international expansion journeyProviding strong leadership and foster a results-driven and ambitious CaPS cultureWho We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a senior professional with proven leadership experience and a strong commercial mindset. You may come from management consulting, professional services, sales, business development, or a related field—where you have successfully built and grown client-facing businesses B2B.Ideally, you bring:10+ years of relevant experience, with leadership responsibilityBackground in consulting, business development, procurement, or other professional B2B servicesStrong track record of building trusted client relationships and driving growthStrategic thinking combined with hands-on execution abilityExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsFluency in Swedish and EnglishA collaborative, energetic, and ambitious mindset aligned with the “CaPS-attitude”: customer-focused, entrepreneurial, and drivenA background in the procurement field is a plusAcademic background in economics, business, or related fieldWhat We OfferIn this role, based in our Stockholm office, you’ll be joining a team of 20 professionals across Finland, Sweden, and the Baltics.
