OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and analytically-minded Head of Talent Acquisition who will transform our recruitment function through process innovation, data-driven insights, and proactive market intelligence. In this role, you will develop talent acquisition strategies that align with our long-term goals, improve recruitment policies with business leaders, and raise talent quality standards. You will set higher standards for senior hires and provide market intelligence to help leadership make better decisions.The ideal candidate thrives on designing processes from the ground up, establishing measurement frameworks, and driving continuous improvement rather than simply executing existing plans.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Process Development & AnalyticsDesign and implement comprehensive talent acquisition frameworks, including forecasting models for accurate onboarding date predictionsEstablish data tracking systems and recruitment analytics dashboards to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunitiesDesign and optimize candidate experience journeys, ensuring consistent touchpoints and feedback loopsEmployment Market Intelligence & AdvisoryConduct ongoing market analysis to advise leadership on position viability, competitive salary positioning, and recruitment timeline expectationsProvide strategic recommendations when hiring objectives fall outside current market conditions or organizational capabilitiesDevelop competitive intelligence frameworks to track industry talent trends and emerging skill requirementsEmployer Brand Execution & Local Market AdaptationImplement global employer branding strategies within the Vietnamese market, adapting messaging for local cultural relevance and talent preferencesExecute regional recruitment campaigns across local digital platforms, job boards, and industry networksCollaborate with corporate marketing and regional teams to ensure brand alignment while optimizing for local market effectivenessCoordinate technical leadership participation in industry events, conferences, and content creation by facilitating opportunities for developers, Director of Engineering, and VP of Engineering to represent RAKSUL's technical expertise and cultureLeadership & Team DevelopmentMentor recruitment team members and establish processes for specialized hiring domainsDrive adoption of recruitment technologies and process improvementsFoster a culture of continuous learning and data-driven decision makingRequired QualificationsCore ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proficient in English communication and interpersonal skills.Minimum 7 years in talent acquisition with substantial IT recruitment experience and senior-level hiring track recordProven expertise in process design and system implementation, with demonstrated ability to build recruitment functions from concept to executionStrong analytical background with experience in workforce planning, predictive modeling, and recruitment metrics developmentTechnical & Strategic SkillsDeep understanding of IT roles, emerging technologies, and technical hiring market dynamicsProficiency in ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics softwareExperience with employer branding campaigns and social media recruitment strategiesData visualization and reporting capabilities for executive-level presentationsEssential CompetenciesExcellent English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skillsStrategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilitiesProactive problem-solving approach with ability to anticipate challenges and develop solutionsAdaptability to fast-paced, evolving organizational environmentsWhy You'll Love Working Here?15-day annual leave, applicable even during the probation period.Social insurance contribution based on 100% of gross salary and premium healthcare package.Salary review and annual performance bonus twice a year.Flexible working hours - Hybrid working modelOpportunities for business trip to Japanese partner company and HQ office.Free English learning with native teachers.Sponsored learning budget for Udemy/Coursera/LinkedIn, etc.Annual company trip and internal events.Free drinks and snacks at the office, weekly happy hour, monthly team-building party.
