Job Description

Mission: The core mission of this role is to develop the next generation of APAC leaders. As an experienced, strategic Talent Manager, you will own and drive the Cluster's talent strategy, which is critical for developing and retaining talent. You will act as a strategic HR partner to the Cluster leadership, leveraging your deep understanding of the local talent landscape to build capabilities for market success. The ideal candidate is assertive, influential, and proactive, with the ability to balance high-level strategy with flawless execution to accelerate talent development for the Air Liquide groupMain Accountabilities:Identify and develop leadership talent across the Cluster, conducting regular career discussions and facilitating next career moves.Design and execute innovative talent development and retention strategies for key populations, including high-potential (HP) and emerging leaders.Act as the primary talent advisor to the Cluster leadership team, providing critical insights on market trends, talent-related risks, and opportunities.Collaborate on robust succession planning with HRBPs and leadership, ensuring regional talent strategies align with global frameworks.Drive a high-performance culture by embedding and successfully executing key performance processes, such as Goal Setting, Dialogue with Me, and HR Reviews.Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key talent processes and HR management systems, standardizing them across the Cluster for efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor degree with Human Resources major is preferredAt least 8 years of progressive experience, including assignments in a Senior HRBP or People Management role in a fast-paced, multinational corporation (MNC)Demonstrated ability to build trust, credibility, and influence with senior leaders and HRBPs.Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and assertiveness skills.A data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform and shape talent strategies.Proven ability to coach and provide advice to employees and leaders at all levels.Strong command of HR systems and the ability to train colleagues on new functionalities.Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin
