Lead company wide talent development strategy: learning journeys, curriculum standards, and impact measurement aligned to KPI/competencyOversee content design/curation (class, virtual, e-learning) and learner experience; ensure quality and on time deliveryManage the learning platform (LMS/LXP): configuration, HRIS/SSO integrations, automations, user management, and analytics dashboardsManage a lean team and vendors; drive roadmap, budget, SLA, and continuous improvementManage vendors (content houses, platform partners, coaches), budget utilization, and contract renewals; ensure governance, compliance, and data privacyReport outcomes (adoption, completion, behavior change, readiness) to business leaders and promote a learning cultureRequirementsBachelor's in Psychology/Management Human Resources/IT; Master's a plusMinimun 6-8 years experience in L&D/Talent Development, (incl. 2-3 years leading programs/teams)Have strong instructional design and program management; proven launches at scaleHands-on with LMS/LXP, content standards (SCORM/xAPI), and basic data/BIStakeholder management, facilitation, and communication in Indonesian & EnglishGrowth mindset, results-driven; willing to work on-site (Tangerang) and travel as neededWilling to work in BSD, South TangerangBenefitsMedical InsuranceMedical Check Up
