Head of Talent and L&D – Global | Flexible LocationWe’re seeking a strategic HR leader to drive a global talent agenda of a large global workforce. This role covers Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, and Learning & Development, ensuring the business can attract, grow, and retain exceptional talent while strengthening leadership pipelines worldwide.What You’ll Do:Develop and implement a global talent framework including succession planning, high-potential identification, and leadership development.Lead a team of recruitment experts to deliver a global hiring strategy, optimise processes, and create early career and emerging talent pipelines.Define and oversee Learning & Development programs that build skills, improve performance, and foster continuous growth.Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and collaborative initiatives with leaders across the business to embed best-in-class talent practices.Provide data-driven insights to senior leaders on talent gaps, readiness, and development needs.Build and mentor a high-performing global team while partnering with HR and business leaders worldwide.Who We’re Looking For:Advanced HR qualification (Level 5/post-graduate) with coaching and/or psychometric credentials a plusProven experience designing organisation-wide talent, learning, and recruitment strategies in global companiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skillsExcellent facilitator, collaborator, and influencer at all levels of the businessAdaptable, proactive, and committed to developing leadership pipelinesSome international travel will be required.If you’re passionate about shaping global talent strategy and leading high-impact initiatives, we’d love to hear from you.
