What You Will DoTo design, develop, and implement comprehensive talent strategies that elevate organizational performance, accelerate capability development, and ensure succession readiness across the Asia Pacific region. This role oversees the full talent cycle, drives impactful people development initiatives, and leads strategic talent discussions with the Business Leadership Team. By leveraging data-driven insights, the position strengthens organizational capability and future readiness, serving as the key liaison between the Asia Pacific region and Headquarters in Korea to align regional priorities with global talent strategies. How Will You Make An ImpactTalent Strategy & PlanningDesign and implement comprehensive talent strategies aligned with regional and global business prioritiesDrive workforce planning and succession management to ensure leadership pipeline readiness. Capability DevelopmentDevelop and implement learning and development programs to build critical skills and leadership capabilities.Promote cross-functional and cross-country exposure to enhance business acumen and agility.Champion initiatives that foster employee growth and retention.Support high-potential identification and development programs across the region. Talent Cycle ManagementOversee the full talent cycle, including performance management, career development, and succession planning for Asia Pacific wideEnsure alignment and consistency with global talent frameworks while adapting to regional needs. Stakeholder EngagementLead and collaborate with Asia Pacific HR Leadership Team in strategic talent discussions for Asia Pacific.Act as the primary liaison between Asia Pacific region and Headquarters in Korea to align talent priorities. Data-Driven InsightsProvide analytics and insights on talent trends, capability gaps, and organizational health.Use data to inform decision-making and measure the impact of talent initiatives.What You Will Bring To The RoleEducation & ExperienceMinimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in talent management, leadership development, or organizational capability roles.Proven experience in regional or multi-country HR leadership, preferably within Asia Pacific.Strong background in succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development programs. Technical & Functional SkillsExpertise in talent strategy design, performance management, and capability building.Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.Familiarity with global HR frameworks and ability to adapt them to regional contexts.Strong understanding of cross-cultural dynamics and regional labor regulations. Leadership & Behavioral CompetenciesStrategic thinker with ability to translate business priorities into talent initiatives.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.Strong communication and facilitation skills for leading talent reviews and leadership discussions.High level of collaboration and adaptability in a matrix organization.Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous development.
