What you are going to do:Coordinate daily operations of the education department with the Head of TeachingPlan tutor allocation and group class launches to ensure a smooth client experienceLead actions that improve team engagement, happiness and retentionSupport hiring onboarding and development of teaching staffTrack strategic projects and report progress to leadership.What we expect from you3 or more years experience in edtech or education operations coordination or managementStrong skills in resource planning capacity management and remote team coordinationGood analytical and project management skills able to manage many tasks in a fast environmentComfortable using tools like Google Sheets Slack Jira and similar platformFluent in Turkish and English able to communicate clearly in a global team.
