KGYou support our team as Head of Technical Purchasing (f/m/d) Responsibilities Leadership of the technical purchasing team at the Germany siteClose collaboration with international purchasing and specialist departments to align global purchasing strategiesShared responsibility for managing technical investment projects in close cooperation with Engineering, Production, and ControllingResponsibility for the global purchasing process “Purchase to Pay”Development and implementation of commodity group strategies as well as international supplier managementExecution of global tenders, contract negotiations, and supplier evaluationsUse of modern digital tools such as eProcurement, Supplier Collaboration, and Spend AnalyticsLeadership and active participation in cross-functional, international projects (e.g., digitalization, sustainability, CAPEX)Regular review and optimization of existing purchasing processes with regard to efficiency, quality, and compliance requirementsActive support of Engineering and Sales through purchasing expertise and strategic consultingQualifications Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable fieldAdditional certification in Project Management (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMI)At least 5 years of leadership experience in technical procurement within an internationally operating companyExperience working with global supplier networks and in intercultural collaborationBusiness-fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plusProficient in digital procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, etc.)The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
