Alcon are one of Korea ‘Top Employer’s’ and are the market leader in eye care globally, helping people see better through advanced surgical and vision care products and if you want to help make a difference then please join us!Manage expenses, budgets and support revenue generation within designated region and country to ensure forecasted financial targets are achieved.Manage customer relations in all service and maintenance matters (service requests, contractual services, emergencies), to ensure customers can operate their Alcon equip-ment with the highest level of satisfaction.Responsible for the supervision, development, and training of Field Service associates that will carry out the goals and objectives of the service department.Plans service activities ensuring they are executed in line with relevant times and costs.Ensures adequately trained internal resources which extends to external partners and customers product use knowledge enabling troubleshooting and maintenance.Establish and build strong relationships and partnerships cross-functionally (Sales, Mar-keting, Clinical Applications, Manufacturing, etc.) and provide the necessary support to optimize customer relations.Additional AccountabilitiesThis role may also manage assigned projects ensuring timely completion.Frequently advises peers, senior parties and external stakeholders on technical complex issues, in order to influence actions.
