Head of Transformation - Based in HCM, Vietnam

Overview:Our client is a fast-growing company undergoing a major transformation journey. They are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Business Transformation to lead the organization through key initiatives focused on operational excellence, digital enablement, and structural redesign. You will lead a team of Business Analysts and Product Owners to drive large-scale, impactful change across the business.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Transformation LeadershipTranslate business strategy into a structured transformation roadmap with clearly defined sprints and milestones.Process Improvement & StandardizationRedesign and standardize core business processes to increase efficiency, agility, and scalability.Digitalization & AI EnablementLead technology-driven initiatives—including AI adoption—to streamline operations and enhance customer and internal experiences.Organizational Redesign & Change LeadershipDrive structural transformation across roles, systems, and teams—not limited to incremental improvements.Stakeholder Communication & AlignmentEngage and align senior leadership while also building trust with frontline teams to ensure smooth and sustainable execution.Risk & Transition ManagementIdentify potential risks and proactively manage them throughout the change lifecycle to minimize disruption.Deep Operational UnderstandingQuickly gain a granular understanding of the business’s operations to inform effective, tailor-made solutions.Key Requirements:At least 10 years of experience in business transformation, process reengineering, or organizational change roles.Proven track record in leading and managing cross-functional teams including Business Analysts and Product Owners.Strong communication and influence skills across all levels—from Directors/Senior Directors to operational teams.Demonstrated experience in implementing tech and AI solutions in business transformation contexts.Highly analytical, execution-oriented, and able to work in complex, fast-paced environments.Vietnamese language skills are a plus but not required.
