Simply put, you will grow by making a difference.The roleThe role will report to Transformation Director Location for this position is Stockholm (Sickla) .Hybrid work. We see that hybrid work, where we as employees can work either from home or from the office, creates opportunities to perform and work effectively in virtual and real environments.Purpose of roleAs a central leader in our ongoing transformation, we are now looking for a Head of Transformation Management Office (TMO). The role reports directly to the Transformation Director and carries overall responsibility for establishing the TMO, driving strategy and governance, and ensuring value realization from our transformation initiatives.You will build the foundation and capabilities of the TMO across portfolio governance, prioritization, benefits realization, funding decisions, strategic alignment, and cross-squad coordination of delivery, resources, and dependencies. You will also drive excellence in Product Management (Value Streams), agile enablement, and change management and adoption across the organization.The role carries full people leadership responsibilities, including recruitment of new team members and continuous competence development to build a high-performing TMO team.Responsibilities of roleEstablish and lead the TMO, including strategy, organisation, and operating practices.Ensure portfolio governance, prioritisation, and funding decisions are aligned with strategic goals.Lead and embed benefits realisation practices – ensuring value is identified, tracked, and delivered.Build and manage Product Management for value streams, in close collaboration with the business.Support the organisation in adopting and improving agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe).Coordinate delivery, resources, and dependencies across squads and CoEs.Lead change management and ensure stakeholder alignment and adoption across the organisation.Take full people leadership responsibility, including recruitment, competence development, and team management.Your BackgroundWe believe you have:A relevant university degree.At least 10 years’ experience in programme/portfolio management, transformation, or major change initiatives.Proven track record of establishing and leading transformation or TMO functions.Experience in people leadership, recruitment, and competence development.Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (preferably SAFe) and product management.Deep expertise in benefits management, portfolio governance, and decision-making frameworks.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at senior level.Experience from regulated industries (preferably financial services) is an advantage.Who are you A natural leader with both strategic vision and operational drive.Passionate about building teams, developing people, and creating structures that deliver real business value.Curious, communicative, and skilled at navigating complex environments.You share our values: Empathy, Ethics, Dedication, Solutions.You act according to our values.
