Our client is a fast-growing, NASDAQ-listed international investment platform providing access to global stock markets. With a high-performance culture and offices across Europe, they are now expanding their operations in Cyprus. As part of this growth, they are looking for a dynamic Head of Workplace Services & Corporate Travel to lead all administrative, business travel, and health & safety functions for their Cyprus headquarters. Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Relocation support)Role SummaryThis is a senior leadership position combining three core pillars: Administrative Services, Corporate Travel Management, and Occupational Health & Safety.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized operational leader with deep expertise in office and service management, regulatory travel compliance, and modern health & safety frameworks. You will manage cross-functional teams and serve as a key partner to HR, Legal, Finance, and Executive teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative LeadershipLead and manage Secretariat and Reception teams, ensuring top-tier internal and external service deliveryOversee document flow, guest handling, internal event support, and onboarding processesImplement KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs), monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedbackCollaborate with departments including HR, Legal, Finance, and IT to streamline cross-functional administrative workflowsDrive process optimization, digitalization, and internal communication excellenceCorporate Travel & Mobility ManagementOwn and manage all aspects of business travel, transportation, and fleet operationsEnsure compliance with EU and local health, safety, and regulatory travel requirementsManage vendor relations, travel safety standards, and cost efficiency initiativesOversee risk prevention and emergency procedures for traveling employeesHealth & Safety GovernanceLead the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s Health & Safety frameworkEnsure compliance with EU and international H&S standards, including ISO 45001 and GRI 403Develop incident response, workplace safety programs, and risk mitigation measuresIntegrate H&S practices into wider ESG and enterprise risk frameworksCandidate ProfileExperience & Background5+ years of relevant experience across admin services, corporate travel, or health & safety, with 2+ years in a leadership roleProven experience managing service teams, travel operations, or office environments in multinational companiesSkills & KnowledgeDeep understanding of EU travel regulations and H&S frameworksProficiency with travel systems, GDPR compliance, and office communication toolsFluent EnglishConfident in KPI setting, reporting, and vendor managementSoft SkillsHighly organized and detail-driven with a client-first mindsetStrong leadership, coaching, and cross-functional communication skillsResilient under pressure and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyOffer & BenefitsCompetitive salary with annual performance-based bonus21 working days paid vacation + 12 additional paid days off per yearVisa sponsorship for the employee and immediate family membersPartial private health insurance reimbursement (30% annually)Paid sick leave, birthday/wedding/childbirth giftsModern workspace in central LimassolAccess to sports clubs, team building events, and corporate challenges
