Role Descripin This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Teacher located in Kokrobite. The Head Teacher will be responsible for leading and managing the educational team, developing and implementing effective curricula, monitoring the progress of teaching and learning, and ensuring high academic standards. Additional responsibilities include mentoring teachers, fostering a positive learning environment, and collaborating with stakeholders and volubteers to achieve the organization's educational gols.Key Responsibiliies • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the Ghana Educaion Service (GES) curriulum. • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports students’ acdemic and emotionalgrowth. • Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and other evluation methods. • Support students in developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and comunicatin skills. • Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional developmnt sessions. • Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and community partners t enhance the learnng experience. • Uphold H.O.M.E NPO Ghana’s values of compassion, integrity, and exellence in al interactionsStrong skills in Curriculum Development Expertise in Education and Educational LeadershipExcellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and instructionAtleast one year experience as a head teacherPassion for education and nurturing student successBachelor's degree or higher in Education, or a related fieldPersonal Attributes • Empathetic and student-centered • Reliable, creative, and adaptabl. • Committed to lifelong learning and teamwok. • Demonstrates integrity and a strong sense of misson.
