This role combines strategy and execution—identifying opportunities, analyzing data, and fostering collaboration across teams. Ideal for a dynamic leader with experience in transformation or project management who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving impactful change.Responsibilities:Strategic LeadershipDevelop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy that aligns with Gentari’s overall goals and objectives.Business ExcellenceCollaborate and work closely with business process owners to implement solutions to enhance business processes and drive continuous improvements;Collect and analyze data on business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities;Support the development of process improvement recommendations by preparing data-driven reports, insights, and business cases;Create and maintain performance dashboards to track key business metrics related to growth, efficiency, and value creation;Conduct research on industry best practices and benchmarks to guide decision-making.Transformation Planning and CoordinationDevelop and maintain an integrated enterprise transformation roadmap, tracking milestones, dependencies, and timelines;Coordinate governance cadences such as steering committee meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and documentation;Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership discussions;Capture meeting minutes, decisions, and action items to ensure accountability and follow-through. Performance ExcellenceOversee the development and implementation of performance metrics to monitor progress and ensure the achievement of excellence in all areas of the business;Collaborate with project teams across business units to collect status updates on transformation initiatives;Monitor project progress against defined KPIs and success measures, flagging risks or delays;Maintain a centralized repository for transformation documentation, including charters, plans, and reports;Generate regular progress updates and performance dashboards for leadership visibility.Transformation Change Management and Communications SupportDevelop a clear and actionable transformation campaign plan, working closely with the relevant teams;Draft and distribute communication materials such as newsletters, presentations, and intranet updates;Coordinate logistics for change management events including town halls, workshops, and engagement sessions;Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of change and communication efforts.Strategic Projects Assistance and OthersProvide analytical and research support for special projects assigned by Head of Enterprise Transformation & Excellence;Assist in preparing analyses, reports, and presentations to support transformation, integration, and enterprise effectiveness discussions;Prepare, maintain and update department’s annual plans and budget.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Information Technology, or any relevant fields;Minimum 10 years of experience in management consulting, enterprise transformation, or within a Project Management Office (PMO);Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation projects and driving significant business improvements;Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels of the organization;Proven ability to turn insights into actionable solutions, with high adaptability in dynamic, unstructured and challenging environments;Strong problem-solving ability with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI);Excellent project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;Superior written and verbal communication skills; internal communications experience preferred;Able to work collaboratively with different teams as well as independently, with minimal guidance.
