Job Description

Personal Profile: Highly motivated and hands-on Office Administrator / HR Admin .  Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.  Proactive individual with strong initiative and the capability to work independently while supporting various administrative and HR functions. Duties: Office Administration: Manage daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. Human Resources: Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees. Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures. General Support: Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members as needed. Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks. Expatriate Support: Coordinate with external agencies for visa renewals and work permits. Background Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office administration and/or HR roles, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. Skills:   Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.   Proficiency with Office applications.   High level of attention to detail and accuracy.   Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Personal Attributes: Self-starter with a proactive and positive attitude. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
