Our 100-member interdisciplinary team integrates expertise in public health, epidemiology, data science, software engineering, product design and health policy to revolutionize how community health data is collected and acted upon.Through our flagship Community Health Integrated Platform (CHIP), we have:Empowered 70,000+ community health workers to digitize health service delivery.Tracked over 48 million beneficiaries, identifying 6.5+ million at-risk individuals for targeted health interventions.Secured $20M in Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) investment for scaling up digital public health solutions across Rajasthan.Our work spans all primary healthcare verticals, supporting state-level interventions in maternal and child health, TB control, immunization, malnutrition, and climate-sensitive diseases. We work closely with leading global research institutions such as Harvard, Yale, Johns Hopkins, IITs, Microsoft Research, and JPAL to generate cutting-edge insights and innovationsPosition SummaryKhushi Baby has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Karnataka to collaboratively strengthen public health systems in the State. This partnership focuses on addressing persistent challenges such as high rates of malnutrition, maternal and child health mortality and poor outcome, endemic diseases, and climate-related vulnerabilities through digital health innovations, advanced analytics, and data-driven governance.The Health Analytics Officer will play a pivotal role in transforming diverse public health data streams into actionable insights that directly inform program planning, review meetings, and strategic decision-making by district authorities. The role involves advanced data analysis, dashboard development, interdepartmental data integration, and capacity building of government stakeholders to strengthen a data-for-action culture in public health governance.Key Responsibilities1. Data Analysis & Insight GenerationCollate, clean, and analyze data from multiple health and nutrition sources (e.g., HMIS, RCH Portal, Poshan Tracker, SNCU Portal, NRC reports, SAMASTA,  e-Aushadhi, Nikshay, NFHS, Census).Identify trends, gaps, and priority intervention areas across public health programs including RMNCH+A, NCDs, TB, immunization, family planning, and nutrition.Prepare targeted insight briefs, visualizations, and reports for use by district, block, and sector-level officials.2. Data Visualization & temporary Dashboard DevelopmentDesign and maintain interactive, user-friendly dashboards for monitoring program performance.Integrate AI-enabled or automated analytics features for real-time decision support.Ensure alignment of data visualization outputs with district and state-level reporting requirements.3. Program Monitoring & Review SupportSupport the planning and facilitation of evidence-based review meetings at district and block levels.Develop data-for-action templates and tools to standardize performance tracking.Monitor, track and provide insights for all the interventions implemented by the Khushi Baby team in the districtRecommend corrective actions and track follow-up progress.4. Capacity Building & Technical SupportConduct training sessions for government officials and frontline staff on data interpretation, indicator definitions, and digital tools.Provide ongoing mentoring to program managers and internal KBA teams on monitoring and evaluation best practices.5. Data Quality & IntegrationDevelop the data quality matrix and identify the data quality issues across different health data required for the projectCollaborate with technical teams to automate the required reports Lead data quality assessments and recommend corrective strategies for improving completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of data.Required Qualifications & SkillsMaster’s degree in Public Health, Health Management, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Demography, or related field.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in public health data analysis, preferably in government-linked programs.Strong understanding of Indian public health data systems and their operational use.Strong Proficiency in at least one analytical and visualization tool (Excel, Power BI, R, Python, Stata, or similar).Ability and prior experience of working on big data setsExperience developing dashboards and interpreting complex datasets for non-technical audiences.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Fluency in English Proficiency in Kannada  (Writing, Speaking)Preferred ExperienceExperience of working in KarnatakaFamiliarity with district-level health governance and public health programs in KArnatakaRemuneration The remuneration offered will be up to 15 LPA, commensurate with the candidate’s experience, last drawn salary and skill sets.
