This position is under the Risk Management Department, working closely with the Office Management Department, and involves defining a comprehensive framework, objectives, and processes for workplace health and safety. The role also ensures continuous improvement in health and safety standards across the organization's global offices.Responsibilities:Framework and Objectives: Define the overarching health and safety framework, establish objectives, and design processes and procedures to support these goals. Policy and Procedures: Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures tailored to the organization's corporate office environment. Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant health and safety regulations, including OSHA, ISO standards, and other industry-specific and local requirements. Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate workplace risks. Risk Assessment: Evaluate the need for preventive measures to protect the health and safety of employees and stakeholders. Advisory Role: Provide management with practical recommendations to minimize risks, including the procurement of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other resources. Training: Organize and ensure the delivery of appropriate training programs to meet regulatory and organizational safety standards. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and refine the health and safety framework to address emerging risks and adapt to changing regulations. Experience and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or an equivalent qualification. Nice to Have: Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate (Power Flow), or enthusiasm to learn and implement these tools. You have fluent verbal and written skills in English.
