If so, Thrive at Green Island, a premier assisted living and memory care community in Columbus, GA, wants YOU to join our team as our Health and Wellness Lead!What You’ll DoThe Memory Care Coordinator is responsible for leading and supporting the daily operations of the memory care neighborhood, ensuring residents living with dementia receive exceptional support that balances clinical excellence with meaningful engagement. This role combines oversight of care delivery with leadership in creating purposeful, enriching experiences that promote dignity, independence, and quality of life.The Memory Care Coordinator partners with the Health and Wellness team to monitor resident health, manage care plans, and ensure compliance with all clinical standards and regulations.
