Job Description: Challenging and rewarding work environment Friendly and supportive team environment Permanent, Part Time (28 Hours per week) at our Fitzroy CampusAbout The RoleThe Health Assistant (Nursing), under the direction of the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) or equivalent, will work as an assistant and support person to the Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to provide delegated aspects of patient care aiding in the smooth running of the allocated ward environments.Within this role, the elements of direct and non-direct patient care will be delegated in accordance with the professional judgement of the supervising Registered Nurse, and in accordance with the level of achieved educational preparation and assessed competence of each Health Assistant (Nursing).
