The willingness and ability to work in a constantly changing environment is also an essential requirement.Main duties of the jobThe HCSW will provide high quality, consistent and cost-effective health care for patients with acute physical and psychological needs. You will need to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high quality person centred care. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients, carers and other professionals. You must be an excellent team player, have high levels of motivation and enthusiasm for working in a demanding but rewarding service.
