We take great pride in the success of our students and we make a genuine commitment to helping our clients and corporate partners achieve the same.The OpportunityWe are seeking passionate Health Educators in the Sydney area to provide engaging and effective teaching and assessment support for school-based learners undertaking their HLT33021 Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance.Educators will deliver weekly learning content and assessment guidance sessions in a classroom environment during school terms and be available for individual support via phone, email and online during agreed hours.Based at schools within the Greater Sydney region, our learners will commence Year 11 & 12 in February 2026 and complete this course as part of their HSC studies.The ideal candidate will bring with them a blend of training delivery and industry experience. We welcome applicants from a diverse range of health discipline areas, including but not limited to nursing, allied health and general practice. Location: Greater Sydney and Newcastle regions (Location flexible on a hybrid working arrangement – work from home when not working at the schools). Work Type: Full time, ongoing employment. Open to Part time arrangements. Appointment commencing: Multiple positions looking to commence in mid-January 2026. Salary: The approximate salary range for this role is $89,000 FTE per annum plus super. Dependent on level of experience.What You’ll Be DoingPlanning, preparing and delivering weekly face-to-face workshops based on UNE Partnerships contentAssessing student work in accordance with UNE Partnerships assessment guidelinesInitiating contact with students considered at risk on a regular basis to review progress and assist them to overcome barriers to completionDeveloping and monitoring Learning Support Plans for students with diverse needsSupporting students while they are undertaking work placementAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have a current:TAE40116 and/or a higher qualification in the field of Adult or Vocational Education,Vocational qualifications and/or tertiary degree in the allied / primary health care discipline area,Industry experience working in a relevant health care setting, First Aid and CPR certificate, andWorking With Children’s Check (WWCC)Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:Experience in delivery and assessment of VET programs to individuals and groupsCompetency in using Learning Management Systems (such as Moodle) and video conferencing or virtual classroom systems (such as Teams)Demonstrated understanding of learning principles and engagement strategies to support a diverse community of learners.BenefitsAt UNE Partnerships, we value our team and offer: Flexible Remote Work: Enjoy the autonomy of working remotely.
