Abbott GmbH in Austria is looking for a Health Insurance Billing Specialist(m/f/d), based in our office in Vienna.Main ResponsibilitiesResponsible for health insurance billingEnsures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.Make sure all necessary data/documents for billing are sent to HIC in time.Review test certificate from OptaData and take action if necessary.Review settlement from HIC and take action if necessary.Invoice adjustments, creation of debits and credits.First contact for OptaData.First contact internally and externally for HIC billing-related topics.QualificationApprenticeship as Office Clerk/Business school/Business Academy.Adequate work experience.Basic product knowledge.Strong communication skills both verbal (incl. telephone) and written.Keen on numbers, accurate.Good MS Office knowledge & ERP system knowledge.Strong team player, proactive working method.Basic economic understanding.Fluent in German and English Level B1.In accordance with legal requirements, the minimum salary by the collective agreement (KV-Handel, for at least 7 years of professional experience) is €2,609 on a full-time basis.
