Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Health Insurance Sales Manager based in Firozpur. The role involves developing and driving sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for health insurance products. Key responsibilities include Recruiting, leading and motivating a team of Insurance Advisors, building relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective sales management programs to align with organizational goals.
