As the Home Health Operations Manager, you will lead and coordinate all administrative and operational activities of our home health agency, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care. Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and mentoring a team which inlcuded the Clinical Manager and Other Department Managers/Supervisors.

Collaborating with other departments to align operational activities with business objectivesLeading operational projects and change initiativesEnsuring compliance and adherence to Health Link’s core values. Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team membersManage asset operations, including equipment and software access. Maintain ownership of contracts, credentials, and licenses. Guide the survey process and ensure staff development through orientation, continuing education, and evaluations. Contribute to the formulation of strategic goals and budgets. Stay informed on industry trends and share insights with the team. What Makes You SuccessfulProven ability to manage teams effectively.
