About The RoleA permanent part-time position has become available to support the delivery of high-quality care in our Emergency Department based at Tauranga hospital. Working in a fast-paced and diverse environment, you will be a part of a dedicated team providing 24-hour emergency care to adults and children.

This permanent part-time position is working 0. 9 FTE (36 Hours per week)You will collaborate with a highly skilled team, including Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and experienced Registered Nurses, supported by Health Care Assistants, Clerical staff, and the medical team. Comprehensive orientation and professional development opportunities will prepare you to deliver exceptional care in this essential service. Previous acute care experience is beneficial, but we also welcome those eager to grow their skills in this area. Current Annual Practicing Certificate. Previous Emergency Department or acute care experience (preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
