Job Description

CONTEXTReporting to the Head of Security, Health & Safety for Switzerland, the Health, Safety & Environment Coordinator will drive the implementation of Richemont Europe's HSE strategy and management system across the Swiss markets. This role is key in ensuring the business operates in full compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. We currently are taking care of 28 Retail Locations & 1 Customer service platform.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?Risk Management, Support & AdviceConduct Risk identification and assessment.Define and assist in the implementation of prevention and protection measures.Provide technical support to boutiques and sites on health, safety, and environment issues.Ensure the application of Group procedures.Health, Safety, Environment ProgramsContribute to the implementation of accident prevention and environmental protection programs.Participate in the analysis of work accidents and the monitoring of corrective actions.Monitoring And Regular ReportingCreate, manage, update safety and environmental key performance indicators.Assist the Head of Security, Health & Safety in regulatory monitoring.Carry out regulatory monitoring of the entire scope and ensure that legislation is respected by establishing an action plan.Participate in the development and updating of documents (eg: Risk assessment, Prevention plan, etc).Audits And ControlsParticipate in the organisation and execution of HSE audits (internal/external).Ensure the monitoring of safety equipment and other regulatory controls.Training And AwarenessParticipate in raising awareness and training staff on HSE.Plan all training for the scope and evacuation drills.HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Health & Safety professional certifications are mandatory (STPS). Relevant environmental certifications are a plus.Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably within a multi-location retail environment.In-depth knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental legislation in Switzerland.Proven experience implementing and maintaining HSE and/or environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).Influencing: Influences stakeholders to adopt safe work practices and embrace a safety-first mindset.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate HSE information to all levels of the organisation.Ability to identify and analyse HSE issues and develop effective solutions.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Fluent (spoken and written) in French and English.
