This site-based role operates on a 2:2 FIFO roster from Perth, offering the opportunity to contribute to a key long-term maintenance project within the resources sector.In this position, you’ll play a vital role in driving a proactive safety culture, implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental systems, and ensuring compliance with legislation, standards, and company policies.Key responsibilities include:Implement and maintain HSE management systems in alignment with company and client requirementsConduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections, ensuring proactive hazard managementLead incident investigations and develop improvement actions to prevent recurrenceFacilitate and contribute to pre-starts, toolbox talks, and HSE training sessionsReview and oversee permits, JSA and SWMS documentationProvide coaching and mentoring to the workforce to drive ownership of HSE outcomesCollaborate with project leadership to identify and implement process improvementsMaintain strong communication with stakeholders and uphold Altrad’s “Our Safety Culture” values About youYou’re a confident communicator with a hands-on approach and a passion for driving safety excellence in the field. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
