Hashi Basha Holding Co. envisions becoming the prime choice for customers in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf countries, aspiring to be the premier investment company in the market.Role DescriptionTo support daily operational activities across restaurant branches and assist in monitoring food quality and safety, ensuring compliance with company standards and health regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct routine field visits to branches to inspect cleanliness and food quality.Verify proper food storage, temperature control, and hygiene practices.Record operational observations and report findings to the supervisor.Monitor expiry dates, equipment cleanliness, and food handling procedures.Assist teams in applying operational and quality policies.Participate in internal awareness campaigns on hygiene and food safety.Coordinate with operations and supply teams to ensure food items meet required specifications.Document any non-compliance or quality issues and escalate as needed.Receive customer feedback related to food quality and forward it to the concerned department.Key CompetenciesDiscipline and adherence to procedures.Attention to detail and quick response.Team collaboration and support.Commitment to cleanliness and quality.Ability to work in the field and handle operational pressure.QualificationsBachelor certificate in food safety or public health.Kawader Certified.Previous experience in restaurant or food service operations (preferred).Understanding of food safety and hygiene principles.
