Health Safety Environment Supervisor

BIOSAFETY SA is a successful and reliable Health, Safety, Quality & Environment Services provider serving more than 1000 companies of various sizes in Greece since 2001. As we expand our operations, we’re looking for a dedicated HSE Supervisor to join our growing team. This full-time position will support a major refinery project based in Rotterdam, Netherlands and offers a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension.Your Role- Key Responsibilities:On-Site HSE Consultancy: Provide expert guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policiesSafety Standards Implementation: Oversee the application of safety and health protocols on the construction site, ensuring safety rules are followedManagement Systems: Update and manage systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) implemented by the client.Risk Management: Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and mitigate risks.Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into accidents, near misses, and incidents. Implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.Environmental Compliance: Ensure environmental regulations are followed and implement sustainable practices.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of risk assessments, incident reports, training logs, and other essential documentation.
