Health Safety Environment Supervisor (Commercial)

Function: Marketing, E-commerce & Trade MarketingSub-function: HSSLocation: Ho Chi MinhDirect reports to: MET DirectorDotted line reports to: HSS ManagerContract: 3rd party contractKey contacts: Internal: Sales, Commercial Ops, HSS and head office supporting functionsExternal: Event Agency & OutletKEY RESPONSIBILITESSales Force SafetyDevelop, implement, and monitor safety programs and procedures for the sales team, including travel, customer visits, and in-field activities.Conduct regular safety training and briefings for all sales personnel.Investigate and report any incidents or near-misses involving the sales force.Office SafetyEnsure the office environment complies with all occupational health and safety regulations.Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments of office facilities.Coordinate emergency response drills and first aid training for office staff.Draught Technician SafetyOversee safety protocols for draught technicians, including equipment handling, maintenance, and site visits.Ensure all draught machines are maintained to the highest safety and quality standards.Provide technical safety training and support to draught technicians.Event Safety ManagementDevelop and enforce safety standards for all third-party events, regardless of scale.Review and approve safety plans submitted by event organizers and third-party vendors.Conduct on-site safety inspections during event setup, execution, and teardown.Lead incident investigations and corrective actions for any event-related safety issues.Compliance and ReportingEnsure all activities comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training, and audits.Prepare regular safety performance reports and present findings to management.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve safety culture and practices across all commercial functions.Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.Lead or participate in cross-functional safety committees or projects.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Reduction in medical treatment injuries (MTI), and total recordable injuries (TRI).Compliance rate with safety audits and inspections.Number of safety training sessions conducted.Incident response and closure rate.Safety performance at third-party events.KEY REQUIREMENTSEducation: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.Industry Experiences:Position Experiences: At least 4 years of experience in a safety-related role, ideally within FMCG, beverage, or event management industries.Language: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing (Good communication skill in both Vietnamese and English)Computer: Skillful in computer software: Excel, Words, PowerPoint, etc.Knowledge/ Skills:Strong ownershipStrong decision-making ability & problem solving skillsProficient in stakeholder managementOther requirements: Mobility for frequent market visit purpose during & out of working hoursABOUT US👑 Anheuser-Busch InBev (Ab InBev) – The World's Largest Beer Company 👑🍻 Founded in 1366, Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev) is based in Leuven (Belgium) and has branches in many countries, with a size of 150,000 employees worldwide.🍻 Anheuser-Busch InBev currently owns more than 500 beer brands covering 150 countries.
