IKM covers all types of Lightweight Steel Structure, Prefabricated building, Container Houses etc.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a HSE Supervisor located in Bali. The HSE Supervisor will be responsible for ensure workplace safety by monitoring compliance, conducting inspections, providing training, and promoting a safe working environment.Qualifications1). Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field. 2). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction or industrial safety. 3). Certified in HSE / K3 (e.g., AK3 Umum or equivalent). 4). Good knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and emergency procedures. 5). Strong communication and reporting skills.Able to work independently and coordinate with project teams
