This role involves managing the entire clinical journey of our Ukrainian patients coming to Turkey for treatment and ensuring an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.Responsibilities:Coordinate the treatment processes of Ukrainian patientsMaintain constant communication with doctors, consultants, and the operations teamKeep patients informed throughout their treatment and monitor their satisfactionProvide Ukrainian–Turkish translation support when necessaryManage communication and planning for both in-clinic and external operationsQualifications:Must hold both Ukrainian and Turkish citizenshipFluent in Ukrainian and Turkish; good command of English is preferredExperience in health tourism or patient coordinationResiding in IstanbulStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsFriendly, solution-oriented, and team-mindedPreferred Skills:Experience using CRM or patient management systemsFamiliarity with aesthetic, dental, or medical operation processesAbility to use social media and digital communication tools effectivelyCreative mindset focused on improving patient experienceApplication:Please send your updated CV and a short motivation note via LinkedIn or email.👉 All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.
