Health & Wellness Advisor - Traditional Arabic / Unani Medicine

Key Responsibilities:Carry out thorough individual Health & Wellness consultations with guests to establish a detailed case history, assess their health and determine a treatment plan, with the end goal in mind of improving the guest’s overall wellbeing as per Jayasom’s established protocols. Conducting patient assessments using TAIM diagnostic methods, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using diagnostic methods like palpating the pulse (nabz) and assessing the person’s unique humoral makeup (mizaj). Identify imbalances in the four bodily humors and restore the body's natural balance through pharmacotherapy, dietotherapy, regimental therapy and lifestyle recommendations. Deliver Traditional Arabic or Unani treatments such as Dalak, Hijama and Hammam to restore the body’s equilibrium. Prescribe herbal and natural medicine as per Arabic/ Unani pharmacotherapy. Provide dietary and lifestyle advice on the six essential factors of health maintenance as per Arabic/ Unani protocols. Advocate an integrative approach to healthcare and collaborate with other healthcare professionals including those from allopathic and alternative streams as needed to ensure continuity of care. Job Requirements:Bachelors or Masters in Unani medicine or Traditional Arabic Medicine. Diplomas/ Certifications to perform other TAIM treatments like Dalak, Hammam, Hijama therapy etc. Previous experience working in a wellness, educational, or hospitality environment.Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).Applicable practitioner license for work in Saudi Arabia is a plusApplicable practitioner malpractice and liability insurance is a plusFollow hygiene and safety protocols during procedures.Strong communication, creativity, and teamwork skills.Friendly, empathetic, adaptable, and passionate about holistic well-being.
