Healthcare Instructor

Location: Onsite – DHA Phase 6, LahoreWork Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)Compensation: PKR 110,000 to 130,000/month.We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Healthcare Course Instructor to design and deliver an NCLEX preparation program for international nurses seeking U.S. licensure. The instructor will be responsible for developing the course curriculum, conducting engaging online sessions, managing course administration, and assessing student performance.This position requires strong communication skills, subject matter expertise, and the ability to guide students toward success in the NCLEX exam.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement an effective NCLEX preparation course curriculum aligned with current U.S. exam standards.Conduct interactive online classes and ensure active student engagement and participation.Manage course registration, scheduling, and student communication.Prepare and administer assessments, quizzes, and mock exams to evaluate student progress.Provide individualized feedback and guidance to help students improve performance.Maintain course records, attendance, and performance reports.Continuously update course materials to reflect current nursing and exam practices.Collaborate with management to improve course outcomes and student satisfaction.Qualifications & Requirements:MBBS degree is required.Master’s in Medical Education or Public Health is preferred.Minimum 2 years of experience as a course instructor or educator in a healthcare or academic setting.Excellent spoken and written English proficiency is mandatory.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Comfortable working onsite during Pakistan Standard Time (6 PM – 3 AM PST).What We Offer:Competitive base salary of PKR 110,000 to 130,000/month.Performance-based commission on enrollments and student outcomes.Opportunity to work in a professional, growth-oriented environment.Exposure to international healthcare education standards.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
