If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level.Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Major Account Executive (Sales Role) is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets by driving profitable UPS revenue growth through Small Package (SP) sales, new business development, and the retention of existing key accounts.As an account owner, this role covers all customer-related responsibilities, including client relationship management, solution development, and continuous support.The Major Account Executive analyzes customers’ logistics and supply chain needs, proposes UPS Small Package and logistics solutions, and promptly responds to client requests to ensure satisfaction and business growth.※ Note: At UPS, “Small Package (SP)” refers to express parcel services.Major Account Executive(영업 직군)는 Small Package(SP, 특송) 영업을 통해 UPS의 수익성 있는 매출 성장을 달성하는 역할을 담당합니다.신규 비즈니스 발굴과 기존 주요 고객의 유지 및 확대를 통해 할당된 매출 목표를 달성해야 하며, 고객 계정(Account)의 총괄 책임자로서 고객 관계 관리, 솔루션 제안, 지속적인 지원 및 성과 향상을 담당합니다.본 직무는 고객의 물류 및 공급망 니즈를 분석하여 UPS Small Package(SP) 및 물류 솔루션을 제안하고, 고객 요청에 신속히 대응함으로써 만족도와 비즈니스 성장을 보장합니다.※ 참고: UPS에서 “Small Package(SP)”는 일반적으로 특송(Express) 서비스를 의미합니다.Role & Responsibilities (Field Sales Focus)SP Field Sales & Account Management:Act as the primary contact for assigned SP customers, conduct regular client visits, resolve issues promptly, and drive business expansion.담당 고객의 주요 연락 창구로서 정기 방문, 이슈 해결, 신규 기회 발굴 등을 통해 비즈니스 성장을 주도합니다.Customer Needs & Solution SellingAnalyze customer logistics and supply chain requirements and propose tailored UPS Small Package and Healthcare Logistics solutions.고객의 물류·공급망 요구사항을 분석하고, 고객 맞춤형 UPS SP 및 헬스케어 물류 솔루션을 제공합니다.New Business Development And Sales EngagementIdentify and pursue new SP business opportunities through prospecting, cold calls, and client meetings. Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and expand existing accounts.잠재 고객 발굴(Prospecting), 콜드콜, 방문 등을 통해 신규 고객을 확보하고, 제안서·프레젠테이션·협상 등을 통해 계약을 체결합니다.CollaborationCoordinate with internal operations, customer service, and global account teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.운영, 고객 서비스, 글로벌 어카운트 팀 등 내부 부서와 협업하여 서비스 품질과 고객 만족도를 보장합니다.Reporting & PerformanceTrack, report, and manage sales activities and pipeline to achieve or exceed assigned targets.영업 활동 및 파이프라인을 관리·보고하며, 목표 달성을 위한 성과 지표를 지속적으로 추적합니다.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degrees are a plus.학사 이상 (관련 전공 또는 상응하는 경험 보유자).Industry ExperiencePreferred: Sales experience in Small Package (SP) companies (e.g., UPS, DHL, FedEx).우대: Small Package(SP, 특송) 업계(예: UPS, DHL, FedEx 등) 영업 경험자.Also Preferred: Candidates with SP logistics experience at shipper companies (화주사) or those who have managed SP shipping operations.우대: 화주사(Shipper) 에서 SP(특송) 관련 업무 또는 운송 관리 경험이 있는 자.Candidates from entry-level to highly experienced professionals are welcome.
