With a commitment to excellence, Digitiza thrives on creating a future where healthcare is personalized, efficient, and accessible to all.Role DescriptionThe Healthcare Solution Consultant 3 – OnBase, based in Riyadh (Full-time, On-site), is responsible for providing expert consulting services with the primary objective of designing, configuring, and implementing software solutions tailored to customer needs. The consultant will work closely with clients to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and optimization of healthcare software solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead requirements analysis and consult on recommended practices for enterprise solutions from both a business and technical perspectiveDesign solutions in which extensive experience and best practice knowledge is considered or appliedCompose and deliver requirements documentation and accurately estimate time to complete solution deploymentLead the demonstration of the configured solution or prototypes of the solution while maintaing stakeholder buy in and managing scope expectationsBuild solution, including configuring application development tools and integrationsTest configured solution and ensure solution is optimal, resolving any issues and proactively advising the customer through their testing while controlling project scopeCompose training materials and conduct training sessions for customer that demonstrates the end to end functionality of the solutionDevelop a plan for migration utilizing best practice for migrating enterprise solutionsTransition key information to the technical support team to ensure continued successful support of customerParticipate in pre-sales opportunities with Sales and Business Development team to provide technical or industry knowledge toward work estimates and transition to the engagement delivery team as neededTrain and coach internal and external stakeholders on solutions and the company's project methodologyBe a trusted advisor to the customer and drive future engagement opportunities where appropriateProvide guidance to other team members and contribute to team process documentation and best practicesBasic QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalentHealthcare experience Skilled with scripting, system architecture, or relational databasesExperience configuring and implementing a technical solutionExperience of working with a Vendor Neutral ArchiveUnderstanding of PACS workflow and terminologyUnderstanding of DICOM, structure and terminologyUnderstanding of XDSSQL experienceAble to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentSpeak or write with ease, clarity and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audienceStrong at investigating situations or issues to get relevant information; adept at asking probing questions to succesfully obtain quality informationOrganized and experienced at successfully multi-taskingStrong collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areasSelf-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with minimal oversightDemonstrated ability to use sound judgment and appropriately escalate issues for guidanceAverage travel requirements for this job is 30% annualized, yet unique circumstances with customers may require more travel.Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the jobCertifications are preferred: e.g. OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA), OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator, etc.
