Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Healthcare Specialist based in Zurich, with the option for some work-from-home flexibility. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, providing medical support services, assisting with training initiatives, and maintaining effective communication with patients and team members. Additional tasks may include supporting healthcare programs and collaborating with teams to improve healthcare delivery. Qualifications Experience in EMT and Medicine, with a strong understanding of medical practices and protocolsProficient in effective Communication and interpersonal interaction skills to collaborate with patients and healthcare teamsExperience in Training initiatives and supporting continuing education programsKnowledge and background in Healthcare systems and servicesAbility to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamRelevant certifications in the healthcare field are a plus
