We are obsessed with customer feedback and continuously evolving to become the region’s digital insurer of reference, committed to running our operations in a responsible, sustainable way.Job purpose:To Support in planning, designing and overseeing and executing the implementation, the promotion as well as the performance of product and service offerings of our Health and wellbeing programs with an aim of driving customer engagement, supporting business growth retaining and differentiating GIG Gulf proposition in front of prospects and existing clients. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & ExecutionSupport the development and execution of the strategic roadmap for the health & wellbeing program, aligning with GIG Gulf’s broader business objectives and market positioning.Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the wellbeing and insurance sectors.Research customers’ behavior and needs as well as competitive activity within current market trendImplement data-driven initiatives that promote brand awareness, drive program adoption, and improve member health outcomes.Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives, track performance against key KPIs and optimize activities for greater impact. Client & Stakeholder ManagementManage key relationships with clients and brokers to ensure smooth onboarding and effective implementation of the wellbeing program.Act as a key point of contact for clients, translating their needs and feedback into actionable plans and program enhancements.Interact, liaise and coordinate with the region to share best practices and local experience including success storiesCampaign & Program ManagementOversee the development and execution of integrated engagement campaigns across digital and offline platforms.Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., medical, product, sales) to develop campaign assets that align with business goals and audience needs.Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns—from concept through execution and analysis.Events Strategy & ExecutionCoordinate and manage virtual and in-person events, including conferences, roadshows, health fairs, and community activations across the GCC.Ensure events are aligned with business objectives, support brand visibility, and engage target audiences effectively. Track performance metrics and apply insights to improve future planning and delivery.Support in Preparing and coordinating health talks, wellness events, and health fairs, including logistics, invitations, coordination with vendors & event management on clients’ premises upon Regional Wellbeing & Engagement Strategy Manager’s discretion and directives Ensure timely submission of post-event reports and compile analytics on participation, engagement, and feedback.Content StrategyOversee the development of engaging, on-brand content such as graphics, videos, blogs, podcasts, presentations, and newsletters to support wellbeing initiatives.Manage the content calendar and coordinate GIG Gulf’s wellbeing related social media activities to ensure consistent and impactful communication across platforms.Creative Design & Collateral DevelopmentResponsible for developing and designing marketing and event collaterals, including brochures, banners, flyers, digital posts, and internal communication materials.Utilize design software and applications (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or Canva) to create professional and brand-compliant visuals.Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment with corporate brand guidelines and campaign objectives.Support event-related activities through the creation of visual assets such as event branding, invitations, signage, and display materials.Ensure all marketing outputs reflect a consistent, high-quality visual identity and adhere to corporate standards.Stay informed on design and digital communication trends to continuously enhance visual engagement and presentation quality.Performance Monitoring & InsightsMonitor and evaluate the performance of programs, campaigns, and social media activities using both quantitative and qualitative data.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize engagement, effectiveness, and return on investment.Track competitor activity and customer behavior to support continuous improvement and refine engagement approaches.Operational & Technical Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development Support the translation of high-level business objectives into actionable plans for wellbeing program implementation, campaign execution, and member engagement initiatives.Data Analysis & Reporting Monitor program performance using key metrics (e.g., engagement rates, health outcomes, conversion rates), analyze data trends, and generate insights for continuous improvement.Market & Competitor Research Conduct regular research on industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to support planning and identify opportunities for program enhancements.Social Media & Platform Management Oversee the development of a social media calendar, manage channel-specific activities and monitor engagement metrics.Tools & Technology Utilization Use digital platforms (e.g., CRM systems, analytics tools, social media schedulers) to track campaign performance.reporting, and manage content distribution.Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure all content, campaigns, and activities comply with internal guidelines, regulatory standards, and brand requirements, with appropriate quality checks in place.Essential Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Health, or a related field; MBA or equivalent strategic planning experience preferred.3-5+ years in a strategic role with experience in campaign planning, stakeholder management, and health-related program execution.Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset with the ability to align initiatives with overarching business goals.Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and delivering measurable outcomes.Expert knowledge of collating customer insight data to drive forward processes and propositionsExtensive knowledge of Customer Contact Strategies and Service Value propositions Well acquainted with major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube).Ability to craft and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Experience in developing strategies to grow followers and increase engagement.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.Stay current with emerging healthcare and insurance trends, and platform innovations.Proactive in testing new approaches and learning from performance data
