Job DescriptionThe GigThe purpose of this role is to understand the key levers for growth to develop and execute strategies and activities to grow the Healthengine patient user base. As the ‘go-to’ for optimising traffic to the Healthengine platform, you will also use ongoing iterative testing and optimisation of all paid, organic, social & other channel activity, and implement new strategies with a data driven, agile approach. Responsibilities:

Closely monitor and grow performance across paid, organic & other channels, providing weekly updates on paid channel performance in particular.

Conduct analysis into opportunities & challenges across our channel mixSetup, manage and optimise all paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etcPerform ongoing iterative testing and optimisation of all SEM activityTroubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise within SEM platforms or associated analytics / tracking platformsLead SEO program by setting strategy and acting as liaison between SEO partner agency and internal stakeholdersSet channel forecasts and budgets, delivering on both spend and revenue projectionsRegularly report on performance, insights and recommendations on channel activity to internal stakeholdersSupport our client SEM channel by actioning requested account changes & providing advice to our Customer Success Managers, & support client correspondence where required.

Complete end-to-end tracking and attribution for all initiatives, including analytics, booking conversion and experiment documentationRelationship management with any digital marketing agencies supporting traffic optimisationWork closely with a cross functional team of product managers, engineers and UI/UX designers to ensure alignment on initiatives, metrics, & support changes as required, including creating tickets for any acquisition channel requirements, while ensuring an outstanding experience for Healthengine users. Experience you’ll bring: Minimum 5 years experience of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, ideally in B2C or marketplace environmentsHands on channel expertise - Google Ads campaign implementation/management/optimisation a mustDeep understanding of web analytics and attribution eg Adobe Analytics/Google AnalyticsExperience in UX and conversion rate optimisationFormal qualifications not required, but may be from marketing, design, product or engineeringAdditional InformationThe perks behind the workHealthengine is where you’ll be your best self.
