About HealthShare VictoriaHSV was established on 1 January 2021 as a commercially oriented independent provider of supply chain, procurement and corporate shared services to Victoria’s public health sector. HSV’s purpose is to partner with Victoria’s public health services and suppliers to support better value for the public health sector and better outcomes for their patients. Our focus is on the end-to-end supply chain needs of health services, including operating the State Supply Chain, to ensure Victoria’s public health services have access to goods that may be in higher demand or difficult to access.

Under the Health Services Act 1988 (Vic), we administer compliance-related functions, and work with health services to assist them in meeting compliance and probity obligations. About the role: We are seeking a strategic, people-first leader to join our Transformation team as Head of Project Delivery. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the enterprise portfolio, uplifting project delivery maturity, embedding governance frameworks, and enabling high-impact transformation projects that span supply chain, procurement and digital innovation.

You’ll report to the General Manager Transformation and lead a capable team of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers and Coordinators to deliver enterprise initiatives that truly matter. Key Accountabilities Include (but not limited to):

Oversee and uplift HSV's project delivery capability across a diverse portfolioEmbed and enhance project governance, risk, and benefit frameworksLead, mentor, and support a high-performing project delivery teamDirectly manage key strategic projects, ensuring alignment to HSV goalsChampion continuous improvement and a value-driven delivery cultureAbout You10+ years’ experience delivering complex projects end-to-endStrong people leadership, with a passion for capability upliftProven ability to deliver Greenfield and Brownfield projectsStrategic mindset with sharp commercial and stakeholder acumenTertiary qualifications in Business/Project Management; PRINCE2 certification preferred What HSV can offer you: Salary packaging4 weeks of annual leave plus 13 Accrued Days OffAnnual Leave loading of 17.
