Job Description

Job DescriptionKey Editorial Responsibilities: Assist the Entertainment Director with compiling presentations and decks for potential talent bookings. Collaborate with other departments including social, photo, and video teams to coordinate and track talent logistics like availability, sizing, glam preferences, etc. . . Work closely with the Marketing team on Women in Hollywood event execution, booking and logistics, including coordinating presenter needs. Update talent sheets for both photo shoot coordination and WIH event coordination Assist the Entertainment Director with scheduling, email follow-ups, and communication Attend screenings as needed.

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For) Previous assistant or talent booking experience, either as an intern or freelance/staff Extremely organized and able to manage high-volume of tasks effectively and efficiently Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills particularly when working in a deadline-driven environment A passion for editorial culture content and knowledge of the latest entertainment trends, including film, series, and musicThe base salary for this role is between $20/hr. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
