Job Description

We're looking for passionate New Business Consultants to join our energetic Auckland based team. Is this your next role?You'll deliver exceptional service to prospective reverse mortgage customers across New Zealand, guiding them through their options and helping them unlock financial freedom in retirement. Each Day You WillEngage with customers via inbound and outbound calls, answering questions and highlighting the benefits of our reverse mortgage solutions. Assist customers in making informed borrowing decisions. Proactively manage your pipeline, ensuring systems and documentation are all up to date. Follow up on leads and keep things moving.

You can juggle priorities while building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service. Your Ideal Experience And SkillsProven customer service experience. Experience within financial services is plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated with a drive to achieve successful outcomes.
