You’ll lead and develop store managers and their teams while ensuring operational excellence, brand compliance, and a world-class guest experience. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of store managers across your assigned districtEnsure operational excellence in all locationsHire, train, and coach high-performing teamsDrive sales and manage profitability (P&L, cost controls, forecasting)Execute marketing, staffing, and inventory strategiesMaintain clean, organized, and compliant storesDeliver strong communication and leadership in a fast-paced environmentWhat We’re Looking For:
