Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Heat Shaper at INTERNATIONAL BIO SERVICE, located in Carthage. The Heat Shaper will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of operating and maintaining heat shaping equipment, adhering to safety protocols, conducting quality control checks, troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues, maintaining accurate production records, and collaborating with the manufacturing team to ensure efficient and successful production processes.QualificationsExperience operating and maintaining heat shaping equipmentStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to conduct quality control checksAdherence to safety protocols and proceduresBasic knowledge of production record-keepingGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work on-site in CarthageRelevant experience in manufacturing or a related fieldHigh school diploma or equivalent
