This role involves leading technical teams, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC systems, and maintaining high standards of safety and client service.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Facilities Manager / Senior Manager in client liaison and stakeholder coordinationLead and supervise technical officers and technicians in executing maintenance and rectification worksOversee operations and maintenance of HVAC systems, including:Chiller and chilled water systemsDX systemsMechanical ventilation systemsClean room systemsNegative and positive pressure roomsBuilding Management Systems (BMS)Ensure thermal comfort levels comply with relevant codes of practiceConduct technical investigations and provide solutions for faults and breakdownsTrack and report maintenance activities, ensuring timely follow-up and documentationDrive operational efficiency and implement energy-saving initiativesProvide technical specifications for system upgrades and renovation worksConduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standardsLiaise with contractors for ad-hoc and rectification worksPrepare technical reports and proposalsEnsure all work complies with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulationsRequirementsDegree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalentMinimum 5 years of experience in HVAC systems, facilities management, or project engineeringStrong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesMeticulous, self-motivated, and well-organizedFamiliarity with local codes of practice and international standards (e.g., ASHRAE)Strong safety awareness and adherence to WSH best practicesWhy Join ENGIE?At ENGIE, we are committed to delivering sustainable and efficient solutions in critical environments.
