What You'll Be DoingOperate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficientlyPerform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasksLoad and transport materials within the facility to support production needsFollow site safety protocols and report any hazards or incidentsAssist with general labor and plant operations as neededWhat Are We Looking ForAbility to safely operate and maintain heavy equipmentStrong awareness of safety practices in an industrial settingWillingness to work in a physically demanding and outdoor environmentDependable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethicBasic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new tasksConditions of EmploymentSuccessful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkWork EnvironmentRole operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
