The RoleDepartment: FP&A (Finance)Employment Type: Full-time/Interim (Initial 3-month period)We are seeking an interim detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support our data reconciliation efforts. This role will involve comparing, validating, and ensuring the consistency and integrity of data across between our ERP & Salesforce. This role will be heavily excel based, and a good knowledge of Salesforce CRM will be useful.
You will have experience with data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and improving data accuracy. You will be based out of our London office and report into Paul, Head of FP&A. Key ResponsibilitiesFocus to assist with data reconciliations & updating systems to drive a data automation project. Help progress the data automation project (Power BI). Document data definitions, methodologies, and processes. Work closely with team members and stakeholders to understand data requirements. Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e. g.
, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas). Basic understanding of SQL and ability to write simple queries. (Microsoft Access knowledge a positive)Familiarity with BI systems (Power BI)Experience with Salesforce a positive (but can be trained)Strong numerical and analytical skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
