HEINEKEN Finance Graduate Programme Start Date: 1st September 2026Salary and Package: £30,000 plus some great benefits listed below.Location: Edinburgh Head Office (Hybrid working)Closing Date: Sunday 9th November 2025. Please note, we may close vacancies early where we receive significant numbers of applications.Our two-year Finance graduate programme gives you a 360 view of HEINEKEN UK’s Finance function and the chance to work across a market-leading brewer with world-renowned brands and a significant pub estate. You’ll be supported over 140 finance colleagues and immersed in the business from day one. As a result, you could go on to a variety of roles within the finance team or indeed the wider world of HEINEKEN UK.A bit about the role:Graduates have an important part to play in our future and we provide an ideal environment for individuals to develop, whilst feeling valued and having fun whilst doing so. During the Finance graduate programme, you’ll complete four rotations over two years, including two core placements in Reporting & Accounting and Process & Control Improvements. Your other two rotations could include areas like: Commercial Finance, Strategic Planning, Star Pubs Finance, Tax, or Procurement, where you'll have opportunities to learn, develop and make a real difference to HEINEKEN. Each rotation offers hands-on experience, exposure to senior leaders, and the chance to contribute to business-critical projects.Our 2026 graduate opportunities are based at our new, central Head Office in Edinburgh, but may include travel to our London Office or production sites, giving you a broader view of our operations. You’ll need to be robust, flexible and adventurous, have an eye for detail and enjoy problem-solving and giving it your best!Professional studyYou’ll also have the opportunity to embark on a course of professional study that could lead towards becoming a fully qualified Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA). You’ll spend Tuesdays, Thursdays and one other day of your choice in the office and can work from home on the other two days, although you’re more than welcome to come and work from the office on those days too.We’ve recently moved into our fantastic new office at 6 St Andrew Square – right in the heart of the city centre.The office is in a great location with excellent public transport links so it’s really easy to get to whether you’re travelling by train, bus or tram!With a brilliant selection of restaurants, bars, shops and our very own Star Pubs on our doorstep, you’ll be spoilt for choice for extracurricular activities.
