Position Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, managing sales opportunities, executing orders, and ensuring timely payment collection. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate on product maintenance and upgrades, and handle daily administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: I. Direct Sales Performance: Customer Promotion: Conduct company promotions targeting approved clients, introducing company and product information. Collect client company profiles and contact details of key stakeholders, reporting to the company. Customer Development:
Maintain ongoing relationships with target clients to gain trust and gather detailed client information, including procurement volume, industry position, competitive landscape, main pain points, organizational structure, and decision-making process. Report findings to enrich the department's information database. Opportunity Management: Identify and collect sales opportunities, collaborate with industry and PBU managers to assess commercial feasibility, and select target opportunities. Customer Engagement: Develop customer engagement strategies, collaborate with industry teams to create product and business plans, and ensure effective implementation. Order Execution: Draft and finalize contracts with clients, secure orders, and oversee order conversion and tracking to ensure timely delivery.
Reconciliation and Payment Collection: Complete account reconciliation for assigned clients and track payment status to ensure timely receipt. II. Product Maintenance and Upgrade Collaboration: After-Sales Maintenance: Provide timely feedback on on-site product issues reported by clients, organize internal resources to resolve problems, and maintain effective client communication to minimize impact. Demand Collection: Collect and formally report product functionality demands from the market or clients through designated channels to enrich the product demand database for future upgrades. Product Upgrade: Promote new product trials in the market, liaise with pilot clients according to project timelines, and coordinate client resources for testing.
Qualifications: Education: Major in Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Personality Traits: Outgoing personality, quick response, strong communication skills, and interpersonal techniques with a friendly demeanor. Excellent teamwork spirit, meticulous, responsible, able to complete tasks independently, resilient under pressure, and willing to travel. Integrity, honesty, and the ability to correctly handle the interests of the company, team, and individuals. Essential Skills: Language Requirements: Fluent in English and Russian Technical Skills: Ability to create and present customized PPTs for target clients. Comprehensive understanding of current company status, industry development, and main products, with the ability to provide detailed explanations.
Skilled in client reception with detailed and comprehensive itinerary planning. Ability to organize, coordinate, and arrange formal business meetings. Strong affinity, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to perceive and meet clients' deep-seated needs and build trust. Capable of formulating effective business plans and coordinating internal resources efficiently. Adequate business negotiation skills, including pricing, payment terms, etc. Familiarity with the low-voltage inverters and the competitor analysis, with a habit of continuous learning. Possession of a driver's license.
