(산업안전보건 관련 법규(특히 근로자 보건 및 위생 관련)의 이행 및 강제와 Merlin Entertainments의 본사 보건, 안전 및 보안(HSS) 정책 및 기준을 통합하여 안전하고 건강한 작업 환경을 보장합니다. 법적 준수를 달성 및 유지하는 동시에, 직업병을 예방하고 근로자의 웰빙 및 건강을 적극적으로 증진하는 것을 목표로 합니다.)Scope and Responsibilities:Statutory Duties Based on K-OSHA (산업안전보건법에 근거한 법적 직무) In compliance with the Enforcement Decree of the Korean Occupational Safety and Health Act (K-OSHA), Article 22 (Duties of Health Coordinator), Paragraph 1, the Health Coordinator is legally mandated to perform the following duties, focusing exclusively on the occupational health and hygiene of employees:산업안전보건법 시행령 제22조(보건관리자의 업무 등) 제1항에 의거하여, 보건관리자는 근로자의 산업 보건 및 위생에 전적으로 초점을 맞추어 다음의 법적 업무를 수행합니다:Committee Resolutions and Internal Regulations: Execute duties deliberated and resolved by the Industrial Safety and Health Committee or Labor-Management Council, and those stipulated in the Safety and Health Management Regulations and Rules of Employment.Protective Equipment Selection: Advise and assist on the selection of suitable health-related Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during the purchase of machinery and equipment subject to safety certification or self-regulatory safety confirmation.Risk Assessment Support: Provide assistance, guidance, and advice on the implementation of Risk Assessment processes as mandated by K-OSHA, Article 36.MSDS Compliance: Provide assistance, guidance, and advice on the posting or provision of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) prepared in accordance with K-OSHA, Article 110.Occupational Physician Duties (Limited to specific qualifications): Perform the duties of the Occupational Physician as specified in Article 31, Paragraph 1, only if the Health Coordinator meets the qualifications under Annex 6, Item 2.Health Education: Assist, guide, and advise on the establishment of the workplace Health Education plan and the implementation of subsequent health education and training.Medical Actions (Limited to specific medical qualifications): If the Health Coordinator meets the medical qualifications under Annex 6, Item 2 or 3, perform medical actions necessary to protect employees, including:1.Treatment for minor, frequently occurring injuries.2.First aid for those requiring emergency care.3.Measures to prevent the aggravation of injuries or illnesses.4.Comprehensive/General/special health check-ups5.Guidance and management for employees requiring recuperation based on health check-up results.6.Administering medication related to the above medical actions.Engineering Controls Improvement: Provide assistance, guidance, and advice on the inspection of general and local exhaust ventilation systems used in the workplace, and on the engineering improvement of work methods.Workplace Audits and Recommendations: Conduct regular workplace rounds, provide guidance, and recommend necessary actions or measures.Accident Investigation and Prevention: Provide technical assistance, guidance, and advice on the investigation and analysis of the causes of industrial accidents and the prevention of recurrence.Statistics Management: Assist and advise on the maintenance, management, and analysis of statistics related to industrial accidents.Statutory Compliance Assurance: Provide assistance, guidance, and advice on the implementation of health-related matters prescribed by K-OSHA or its subordinate orders.Record Keeping: Record and maintain documentation of all duties performed.Other Health-Related Matters: Perform other matters related to work management and work environment management concerning health, as determined by the Minister of Employment and Labor.1.Merlin Entertainments Corporate Standard Compliance (Merlin Entertainments 본사 규정 준수)-Policy Implementation: Interpreting, adapting, and applying Merlin Entertainments' global Health, Safety, and Security (HSS) policies and standards (e.g., 'Protecting the Magic') to the local Korean operating environment.-System Maintenance: Ensuring local health management systems and documentation are fully aligned with the corporate standards and reporting requirements.-Internal Audit/Review: Participating in corporate HSS audits and reviews, and preparing necessary documentation to demonstrate compliance with group standards.-Best Practice Sharing: Acting as the primary liaison for occupational health matters between the local site and the corporate HSS team, facilitating the integration of global best practices.-정책 실행: Merlin Entertainments의 글로벌 보건, 안전 및 보안(HSS) 정책 및 기준(예: 'Protecting the Magic')을 해석하고 한국의 운영 환경에 맞게 적용 및 실행.-시스템 유지: 현지 보건 관리 시스템과 문서가 본사 기준 및 보고 요구사항과 일치하도록 유지.-내부 감사/검토: 본사의 HSS 감사 및 검토에 참여하고 그룹 표준 준수를 입증하기 위한 필수 문서 준비.-Best Practice 공유: 현지 사업장과 본사 HSS 팀 간의 산업 보건 문제에 대한 주요 연락책 역할을 수행하여 글로벌 최고 관행 통합을 촉진.Background and Experience:-At least 3 years of experience as Hospital/Nursing/Health area.
